Coconut Grove Lightning Ridge
Coconut Grove offers private access to tastefully renovated 1960s caravans (3) Including two comfortable double bed, well appointed kitchen and dining area, internal eco-loo, and a lovely bath/shower is just a short stroll away! Unpack your clothes into the drawers and we've even fitted in a comfy reading nook! You've plenty of room outside to enjoy amazing sunrises, sunsets & night skies. Opal fossicking onsite and a full organic garden, enjoy yoga by the dam and lovely mediation spots.
The space
Live like the locals in out tastefully renovated, clean and fully equipped triple 'cara-camping' retreat we call Coconut Grove. It is the perfect space to relax and create your own retreat in the Outback. Your hosts can connect you to local healers and body workers and can show you where to bathe in healing artesian waters and enjoy peaceful meditation and movement. Van #1 is for sleeping and resting and has a private eco toilet. Van #2 is a kitchenette and dining area with a reading nook. Van #3 is retro and includes a includes a double bed and sitting area. All vans have Power and the kitchen has water connected (cold only). We offer a shared shower a short walk away. Your hosts Rebel and Michael are locals with many passions. Please note we do not accept pets onsite.
Guest access
We've got guest access wifi on site (not in Coconut Grove) please ask for password.
We have a washing machine if needed.
Guests can wander in our veggie patch and are welcome to dig around - or have a nibble! We also have lots of opal tailings around the place that you are welcome to spec in - finders keepers unless its a fossil in which case you'll need to negotiate with Michael ��
Other things to note
The shower is shared and is a short walk from Coconut Grove.
Lightning Ridge is a unique place and our home and Coconut Grove reflects that. It's a little bit like camping, only with a few important mod cons, so please come with an open mind!
